Hello, I’m the caretaker. This time I would like to proceed with painting the main body.
Zeon MS of the One Year War wants to give a strong atmosphere of weapons, so I will paint it with start-up paint.
Let’s start with FLAMme.
It’s hard to see in the photo, but it’s painted a little.
The basic color is metallic black with pearls painted matte. Partially painted in navy blue. The shafts of hydraulic cylinders such as legs are silver and are easily painted separately.
If you paint it a little, it will be nice when you can see it in a pose after completion.
Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 Black → Mr. Color C78 Metal Black → Mr. Color C151 White Pearl → Mr. Super Clear Matte
Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 Black → Mr. Color C61 Burnt Iron Color
Near the waist armor
Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 Black → Gundam Color Spray MS Gladion System → Mr. Super Clear Matte
Mr. Oxide Red Surfacer 1000 → Gundam Color UG11 MS Char Red → Mr. Color C68 Monza Red + Mr. Color C58 Yellow Orange (Startup Painting) → Mr. Super Clear Matte
It is a red paint on the exterior. It feels like red, which is closer to orange, so I mixed Mozan red and yellow-orange to make the color. I am satisfied with the ideal color. However, I made too many colors, so it’s difficult to use.
It is the painting of the shoulder area and backpack.
この部分も混ぜて色を作ります。Mr. Color C43 Wood brown is mixed with matte black to create a color.
I want to paint with gradation, so I try not to make it too dark.
Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 Black → Mr. Color C43 Wood Brown + Matte Black
This time, the decal system was modest.
Attach the dry decal to the parts with cellophane tape to prevent it from moving and firmly rub it. Since the cellophane tape is transparent, it is easy to check the sticking position and it is hard to fail. Please give it a try
Since the basic color is dark red, I used black, which has a strong claim. Tamiya Sumi Put Paint 40ml
Basic painting completed
Basic painting is complete. It was painted cool.
It is a Zaku exclusively for Johnny Leiden. It’s not bad if it’s completed here, but I’d like to do weathering after this.
