I have been helping my son with his HG Lubris, and although I haven’t had much time to create it, I have been painting it.
This time, I chose a colour deeper than the set colour as the main colour. I used metallic accents.
Tactical Arms
It is a fairly large accessory. You have to use the stand to pose it with the main body.
Tactical Arms that transforms into various shapesI personally like the Arrow type.
I have not done any detailing in particular.
A slightly deeper red is used to create a calm atmosphere.
Partially accented with gold and copper metallics.
Nice look.
The metallic paint used for accents is also applied by brush in some places.
The grey areas are partially painted in a burnt iron colour with grey violet accents.

I painted it in clear colours on a trial basis.
I masked first and airbrushed the metallic and clear blue.
I chose clear blue on a whim, but I could have used clear yellow to make it orangey.

Gerbera straight, Tiger Pier.
The plated sword blade is cool, so make use of this and proceed with the painting.
The paintwork is relatively simple.
There is not a very large painted surface, so it is painted solid without standing up paint.
The paint used is the same as Tactical Arms.
For the smudging, I used Tamiya’s smudging paint black.
summary
Tactical Arms has a relatively large paint surface and the standing up paint came out beautifully. The easy disassembly of the parts allowed for smooth painting work.
The Gerbera Straight and Tiger Pier are solid painted and I will try to match the atmosphere with the weathering.
The painting of the main body will also proceed with this painting.
Weapons painting is now complete, next we will proceed with the painting of the main body.
