Built in Japan.

Gunpla is where engineering, imagination, and hands-on craft meet. This samurai-inspired build is one expression of that spirit. In this lab, every model is a chance to learn through building, painting, and testing.

A build journal, not a universal rulebook

There is no one correct way to build Gunpla. The methods here are options tested on actual kits. You can borrow what is useful, skip what is not, and develop your own workflow.

Photos can be opened at a larger size to inspect small parts and painted surfaces. The original Japanese site contains additional projects and detailed technical records.
